The Challenge

Samsung Brazil, in their pursuit of enhancing user experience, enlisted the expertise of YDigital Media to tackle a recurring challenge with their product Landing Pages: extended loading times.

To address this issue and improve the overall performance of their online presence, YDigital Media embarked on a comprehensive approach, leveraging their digital prowess.

YDigital Media collaborated with Samsung Brazil on design and strategic planning, meticulously crafting the creative materials, while also handling the optimization of the Landing Pages.

Goals

  1. Decrease loading time from an average of 12'' to 9''

  2. Improve processes for structuring briefings

  3. Establish agile templates for the development of LPs

The Solution

YDigital Media is currently collaborating closely with Samsung, dedicating efforts to achieve optimal solutions concerning UX, navigability, and page performance while adhering to each Landing Page's specific brief and brand guidelines.

During the project, approximately 25 pages were developed already, each completed within an average of 7 working days.

Among the notable Landing Pages is the 2022 World Cup page, the flagship project of the year for the brand and a key driver of annual television sales expectations.

As with all their endeavors, the outcomes are surpassing expectations both in performance and loading time, boasting an average loading time of 8 seconds.
